Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Billvocate, operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [STATE] (to be completed once the business is registered). By using billvocate.com you agree to them.
What Billvocate does
Billvocate reviews medical bills you provide and points out charges that may be errors or worth questioning. It also drafts a dispute letter and a phone script for you to use.
What Billvocate is not
Billvocate is not a law firm, a lawyer, a medical provider or an insurance company, and it does not give legal or medical advice. Results are generated by software and may be incomplete or wrong. A flagged item is a reason to ask questions, not proof of an error. The provider, the billing office or your insurer decides what you owe. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it and for any decisions you make. For legal advice, talk to a licensed attorney.
We do not contact providers or insurers for you, and we do not guarantee any savings, refund or outcome.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload bills that are yours or that you are authorized to handle.
- Make sure the information you provide is accurate.
- Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to overload or break the site, and no use for any unlawful purpose.
Payments
Checking a bill is free. Unlocking the full dispute kit for a bill (detailed findings, dispute letter and phone script) costs $19, paid once through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
Refunds. If you're not happy with your kit for any reason, email support@billvocate.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full $19. Your results are not saved after you leave the page, so copy your letter and script before closing it.
Availability
We try to keep Billvocate running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or stop features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Billvocate is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and Billvocate is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any amount you owe, pay or fail to recover. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use Billvocate means you accept the updated terms.
